The International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements of Pharmacueticals for Human Use (ICH) provides a set of standards which individual country's health and safety regulatory bodies have agreed to so there are consistent expectations for drug manufacturers. When exporting to another country, manufacturing practices should be compliant to both the domestic and foreign agency.
