Equipment train

The sequence of equipment through which a product is produced or processed

Equipment trains are defined in PDA TR29 Points to Consider for Cleaning Validation as "The sequence of equipment through which a product is produced or processed". An equipment train can be dedicated meaning it is used only for the manufacture of a single product or multi-purpose allowing several products to be produced where a changeover cleaning occurs between the manufacture of different products.
