Critical cleaning parameters (CCP) are time, action, concentration, and temperature (TACT) during cleaning. Each of these cleaning parameters work in tandem to generate and effective cleaning process that consistently reduces process residues to below acceptance limits. The cleaning validation report analyzes CCP containing steps in the exectued cleaning runs and determines the TACT values for routine cleaning.
