Cleaning Validation Glossary
Cleaning Validation Parameters (CPP)
Cleaning process specifics
Cleaning validation parameters (CPP) are the specific volumes, times, techniques, and cleaning agent concentrations that are challenged during a cleaning validation. A validated cleaning process uses the validated CPP to ensure a consistent and effective cleaning process occurs. Deviating from established CPPs results in a deviation from the cleaning process and potentially failure to met established acceptance critieria.
